Our HZS25, HZS35, HZS50 and HZS75 Concrete mixing plant includes aggregates batching machine, aggregate lifting system, powder materials storage and conveyor, liquid storage and conveyor, measuring system, mixing console, hopper, supporting rack, control room, pneumatic control system, electrical control system and other components.
1). Concrete mixing plant is widely used in middle or small scale construction projects such as airports, highways, bridges and high- speed railway, as well as commercial concrete production.
2). Concrete mixing plant is a piece of mechatronic equipment able to automatically complete the storage, weighing, conveying, mixing, and discharging of concrete aggregates, powder materials, and liquid materials.
3). It adopts modular design, thus the structure is simple and compact, and the small size contributes to small floor space occupation so as to convenient installation and transportation, low investment, and good mobility.
4). The powder measure hopper uses three sensors hanging measurement with vibrator and ventilation tube to provide clear discharge and accurate measuring. Pressure pump is used to disperse water after water metering to offer fast unloading and effective cleaning. The admixture should be loaded into the water meter after measuring to enter our equipment with water in order to mix admixture with other materials better.
5). The electrical control system of our product includes a microcomputer control system and strong electric control system, both of which are placed in the control room. You can produce concrete by either control modes.
6). The strong electric control system is completed by manual operation, while microcomputer control system could automatically produce concrete and manage the production process. Proportioning storage, automatic fall compensation, printing system, self-locking and mutual locking function are used in microcomputer control to ensure that the system is accurate, reliable with fault detection and alarm functions. You can easily convert between the two control modes by a switch.
You can choose HZS25, HZS35, HZS50 and HZS75 model according to the productivity rate of 25m3/h, 35m3/h, 50 m3/h and 75 m3/h.
